Card charges and engagement ‘tricks’ suggested by consumer study

Chris Gray, Which? Travel’s behaving partner editor, said: “Consumers should
always have a transparent choice when it comes to adding an additional object to their
purchase. Automatic opt-ins make such choices reduction than transparent and we wish to
see transport companies stop regulating them.
“We also wish to see companies stop charging high rates for telephone
customers. One of a group was on a phone for some-more than an hour and his
knowledge will not be unique.”
