James Franco to tell his initial novel

(PEOPLE.com) — Actor, producer, graduate student, Oscars host. He’s had copiousness of titles. And now James Franco is set to supplement one more: novelist.
Franco, 33, has sole his initial novel, “Actors Anonymous,” loosely formed on his life, to Amazon Publishing, a New York Observer reports.
The book was acquired by Amazon novella editor Ed Park, a initial editor of “The Believer,” whose pierce to Amazon in Sep caused a hum in literary circles.
While this is Franco’s initial novel, it’s not his initial work of fiction. He expelled a book of brief stories, “Palo Alto,” behind in June, published by Scribner.
